The AI model itself is a separate cost paid by the client. Depending on your needs, that may be ChatGPT Plus or Pro, Claude Code Pro or Max, or Gemini.

Sometimes the higher cost is only during setup

Some builds need a stronger model only for the first month during setup, around $200, and then can move to something closer to $20/month after that depending on the workflow.

Local models are also possible

If you prefer more local control, we can design around local AI models too. In that case, the client provides the hardware, such as a Mac Mini or another machine that fits the budget.
